mkhan
hey its about 3-4 weeks into my cycling and i have diatom hair all over my live rocks, is there anything that i can do to get rid of it faster, also is it a good thing when u have bubbles in the water floating to the top? Link to comment
aggiereefer
i had bubbles in the top of my tank. I havent noticed any of my hitchhikers complaining about the water. I had some diatom stuff but it just died off , now I just have hair algae left. Make sure your using RO/DI water. Phospates in water can cause algae to bloom. Algae blooms seem to be the norm for cycling tanks. Link to comment
