10 gallon nano setup!!!!

hi all im new here. i have a 10 gallon tank with a heater hood with 50 watts of light, a aqua tech power filter a thermometer and a corner filter. i was thinking of making this tank a nano. i know i need lr sand salt and ro di water.(im setting up a 60 reef BTW) i was thinking of two ocellaris clownfish, a few hermits, 10 pounds of liverock, a cleaner shrimp and some frogspawn after it cycles. does this sound ok? i also can put an aqua clear mini filter on instead of the aqua tech. i want a 1 inch sandbed.
