Another cycle question

[Mountain Reefer]

It's been 3wks since I started my 10g nano reef. Am I ready for a water change and addition of cleaner crew, I think? Not much alge, but I have a fair amount debris that is due to die off, there are two little red and white crabs that came in as hitchikers that made through the cycle thus far, should I remove them now to another tank I have just added water and is starting it's cycle which will be a FOWLR.

Water parameters for 10g follows:

 

Sa 1.024

Ph 8.4

Ammonia 0

Nitrite 0

Nitrate 40

Alk > 300 Jungle test kit and measures only to 300.

I do not have a phosphate test kit but as stated earlier no big alge bloom yet.

Do a water change to get your nitrates down. Everything else looks good.
