prowler666
There is this wierd thing moving about the tank it would best be described as roundish in shape with lots of very fine feelers protruding from its body with some type of algae growing off the top of it. Any help in identifying this would be appreciated. Link to comment
Physh1
Kinda hard to tell which urchin it is but it is an urchin:D. Those real soft spined ones can be pretty painfull. Some do shoot theur spines out and it hurts like a mofo for a while. The algae isn't growing on him but it's kinda a hitchhiker he picked up along the way. I've got an urchin w/ a colony of zoos on him:P. Cameron Link to comment
Dave ESPI
what color is the urchin, and where did you get it from ? I'd say it is a common "ball urchin" and they are quite harmless. They will eat calcherous algae, and poop out "sand". Link to comment
prowler666
It was a hitchhiker on the live rock it's round light brown in color with white tips on the end of it's feelers. Link to comment
