crs2k Posted June 27, 2009 Author Share Posted June 27, 2009 I wanted to update on how my dkh has been. I made my washing soda mix with a gallon of water and have been dosing in the mornings after the lights have been off for a good 7 hours. I'm feeling out how much to dose and how it affects my tank, but the dkh is now a pretty solid 8, which is much better than my previous 5.5-6. My calc is right around 460 and my mag last time I tested was around 1250. So that all seems reasonable. Can I just keep dosing with this mix, or should I be buying a solution of some kind to dose with instead? Thanks for all the help! Chris Link to comment
