This is a new Rio One 32mb MP3 player that was purchased a few days ago.  It is out of the package but has only been used once (I uploaded some songs onto it to test it).  It works great!

Tech Specs:

Weighs 2.7 ounces

32 MB built-in flash memory, expandable to 160 MB with flash memory cards

Up to 10 hours continuous playback on 1 AA alkaline battery

Plays MP3 (16-320Kbps) and Microsoft Windows Media (WMA)

USB port provides high-speed transfers (5 times faster than a parallel port connection)

Repeats one track, all tracks, A-B loops, or random Built-in EQ

 

It comes with earbud headphones, a AA battery, usb cable, and all the software you will need.  It's PC and Mac compatable.  Includes RealJukebox software for PC and iTunes for Mac.

 

$70 obo - $100 in stores.

Yeah, I still have the manual, headphones, and all of the original software.

 

I didn't mention before that it's expandable memory uses smartmedia cards, so that could be handy if you already have smartmedia cards for a digital camera or something like that.
