peppermint22
Hi! I just purchased another dwarf hawkfish to go together with my other dwarf hawkfish. Is this ok, I mean, keeping two hawks together in a 29 gallon aquarium? They didn't fight, but the bigger one flares up its fins and tries to swim near the smaller one, which just swims away, seeming not interested at all. The opposite also happens, with the smaller hawk doing that display thingie and the bigger hawk swimming elsewhere. Can anyone explain this beahavior too? Link to comment
Jennifer
peppermint22, IMO, two hawkfish in a smaller tank aren't such a good idea...but the deed is done. If the agression escalates, I would consider returning one. Then again, it may not escalate, but simply culminate... Link to comment
