fishguy84
Hey, what would be a good canister filter for a 20 gallon tank? I'd run it out of the sump. Rena? Eheim? I'd run filter floss and carbon in it, or anything else if it added real value. Is it even needed, really? Id be using a skimmer and the sump has a filter sock on it. Link to comment
Mr. Fosi
More trouble than it's worth IMO. I have a HOT Magnum and I only use it when I need some water polishing (with filter floss). I have a Magnum 350 that I've never used. Link to comment
uglyamericanV1.5
dont get a canister pain in the ass irritating to clean a biowheel without the wheel and just a carbon pad is better..........easier i chuncked my biowheels cuz i thought that the canister with 5 levels of filtration would be awesome it sucks and it is a disaster waiting to happen (if a tube comes loose you can drain you tank) Link to comment
