How hard would it be to convert my 7 gallon to a 20 gallon?

I really want to go with a bigger tank but I am not sure how do make the transfer

I want to go to a 20gallon tall

what whould I need?

 

what whould be a good light thats not too expensive?

whats a good filter?

 

can I use the same power heads?

how many watts of heater do I need?

 

and as for the actuall trasfer

would I have the 20 gallon set up with some (pre cycled)

live rock for a while and then make the change...I dont want to kill anything thats in mine now its very well established

I have had it since january

one of the reasons I didnt want to go bigger before was because my tank cycled for sooo long so if I get live rock from liveaquira.com would there be a big cycleing time?

 

 

also what would be the difference in equpment between a 20 gallon tall and a 29 gallon tall?

If its not That much more expensive then I want to do that

I know this may be asking alot but I need help for planning this
