Parts include: - Sunlight Supply 70W "HQI" Metal Halide enclosed ballast (This is literally the best built enclosed ballast I've seen in 15 years in the hobby.) - 4 x brand new Aqualine Bushcke 10,000K double ended bulbs - 1 x 3 month old AB 10KK bulb - Unmounted DIY double ended socket Just mount in to a canopy and provide an UV shield, and you're good to go.
