rayd8s
I'm in the process of switching to a 20L from a 12G Eclipse. Got the water and sand in and have the temp stable. My question is about the pH levels. If the established Eclipse pH is at 8.2 and the 20L is 8.4 will it cause a problem for my corals and fish? Corals: 2 colonies Zoo's Condy Anenome GSP Green Polyps Frogspawn Pulsing Xenia Acro Button Coral ST Plate Fish: Yellow Tailed Damsel Green Chromis Others: 8 Astrea snails 2 Red legged Hermits lots of pods and a few Bristles Thanks Link to comment
caja
When I switched over from my eclipse to a minibow I placed all my LR and tank inhabs in a bucket of the origianl tank water and saved 1/3 of the tank water, adding it to the SW in the new tank. Then just plunked everything into the new tank. No problems for me. Temp salinity and pH were fine. Link to comment
