bad ed Posted March 22, 2009 Share Posted March 22, 2009 im going to be starting my 24 gal NC and was thinking which skimmer to get. I can get a hold of a tunze 9002 from a local reefer for a good price. I will be runnign a sump with this tank and was wondering if this skimmer would be good. If not then what what other skimmer options do you guys/gals recommend? TIA Link to comment
ChouDawg Posted March 22, 2009 Share Posted March 22, 2009 If you're running a sump you have a lot more options on skimmers because you're not limited to the back chambers. You could use a hang on in the sump, or in tank the possibilities are endless Link to comment
Nashman Posted March 23, 2009 Share Posted March 23, 2009 I have a 9002 in my sump on a 29 BC,,, It is the BEST. I sold my CPR sr3 it was the worst thing I have ever used If you go with the 9002 I don't think you will be let down IMO. Link to comment
