NanoBound
This is for my 55gl. reef. with a 75 gl. wet/dry sump. Does this sound okay???? I put 1" layer of live sand from the 10gl. in my sump, 5 lbs. of live rubble rock I had, 1 lb. of grape macroalgae and alot of small snails. I placed a 28watt 50/50 coralife over it. I didnot put in a divider, instead I raised the pump with a suction cup harness. Plus I raised the water level up in the sump as high as I could with the power turned off, leaving a 1" head space for power failures. Is this okay? Do I need to add something else? Any suggestions? Thanks in advance Link to comment

NanoBound
It isnot as messy as the pic shows, but you get the general idea. Now just to figure out what to do with the dead space of the bioball compartment. I thought about taking out the grid and cutting the top housing cover in order to make room for protein skimmer. But I would first have to install some acrylic for the water level in that area. Anyone have any input on a better idea or suggestions? Link to comment
