not_sponsored
What foot print are you working with? Seems like you have a pretty wide price range Link to comment
tinctorus
Im not worried about the price point its going into a 10 gallon fuge and i was gonna get the skimmer before gluing any panels in place so as long as it fits in a 10 gallon itll fit in my fuge lol Link to comment
thetaylors
hard to beat the Octo NW-110 on price to performance it seems. That looks like the winner for my 10 Gal fuge coming up Link to comment

tinctorus
http://www.bulkreefsupply.com/Protein-Skim...oduct_info.html thanks for the link I assume you use this skimmer and have good success with it?? I really think ill be going with the first skimmer i posted or maybe the unze unless you say that the one you linked works very well Link to comment
thetaylors
I havent used the octo yet, it comes very well rated from others. I am planning on using it for my 10 gallon sump. If the sump was bigger I would use the Bubble Magus like I have in my 15 gallon sump. I will say this about the 3 skimmers you listed. the ASM has very poor reviews about the pump. Might want to look into that more. The Tunze requires a water depth minimum of 9.4" which puts you at the very top of a 10 gallon, also I had a 9002, it was good for the size but not a great skimmer and the urchin is a good skimmer needs ALOT of height clearance. I had a remora pro, did a decent job, just not on par with the needle wheel skimmers. There are new Octo skimmers coming out in April. Link to comment
