PodRod Posted March 6, 2009 Share Posted March 6, 2009 Does anyone know why my new Vortech pump keeps falling off the glass? I purchased it in January and it has fallen off 4 times. The inside compartment has totally distroyed my orange cap. I have a Solana and I've tried the setting on 3/8" and 1/2" thickness settings. I have it aligned properly - no vibration. I had a snail wedge itself in there one time, and the two sides of the unit "bumped" and visibly moved, but it just spat him out and there was no issue. Link to comment
