How do I get rid of this?

I think everybody's been here before. You've got what looks like cyano, try doing a search on it, I had a real problem with it a few weeks ago and am still fighting it. There must be a million posts about it, I read through them and they really helped me. I think I might be finally starting to win my cyano battle, hopefully. The main question it will probably boil down to is have you been using tap water or RO/DI for water changes and what are your phosphate/silicate levels. Duration and quality of light is another culprit also.
