jread
I was just wondering how much circulation would be ideal for my tank. I've got a 10-gallon that is cycling at the moment. All I have on it is an AquaClear 201 Powerhead that puts out about 126 gallons per hour. I am planning on having a refugium... either a CPR or going with the AquaClear 300 refugium (with 150 impeller) thing that people have been doing lately. This will add more current but I'm not sure if it will add "enough". Should I get another one of these powerheads and put it on the other side of the tank? Thanks! Link to comment
Jahkaya
Two sources of flow is almost a must in a reef tank unless you are just interested in growing mushies. I would suggest two powerheads and your refugium. Link to comment
