bubble coral????

i hav a 26 watt (2 bulb) 1-pc 10,000 k florecent 1-drk. blue actinic Both 13 watts each. can i get bubble coral or no?

E6 may be a little smallish for a bubble when you take into account their stingers when extended and the fact you want other livestock. also not a starter coral imo.

 

some beginner corals with your lighting: (generic names)

green star polyps

zoanthids (ok, ok, not really corals. don't split hairs)

toadstool leathers

mushrooms (see zoanthids)

 

avoid the stonys at first imo. porites and montis may be exceptions. hth

I'd start out with mushrooms and polyps, quite hardy. You can probably keep a bubble with your lighting but like tiny said, it'll limit your options as far as adding other corals to your tank.
