Dead Tunze

The pump in my 9002 died. There is no clogging of any kind just totally stopped. Any one alse had this happen. The skimmer is over a year old. Am I covered for a replacement or should I try another pump or mod?

I think 2 on the motor iirc. I'd call tunze. Ive heard this happening to 2 people in the last week. poor robot =(

Supernip is right, the warranty is 2 years. Send an e-mail to Roger Vitko, he's the USA rep. He's also very good at helping out with problems. Here's an e-mail addy:

how about i sell you my 9002 and 9010 (both of which have non-working pumps) at discount. you deal with roger, and then resell the skimmrs at a profit?
