tdsounds
I went to the lfs and saw this haitian anemone. I thought it looked cool and for the price of 13 bucks tempted me so I brought it home. I looked on the internet about this anemone on liveaquaria.com and it said that red legged hermits are its natural predators and that this anemone is reef safe but with caution. So am I in deep ###### with this new anemone in my tank? I got 2 red legged hermits 6 blue legged hermits 6 astrea snails 2 false percs 1 royal gamma 2 phs 50 watt heater 30lbs sand 20lbs live rock 1 hammer coral that looks about to die 1 rabbit-earred leather 1 gorgonian 1 pulsing xenia you can check out my 18 via aqua tank at this link. It also has the picture of the anemone http://www.nano-reef.com/forums/showthread...&threadid=18471 Link to comment
Physh1
um...personally I think that was a bad choice. You've got a few corals that will just roast quick if that anemone crawls on them. You'll need to keep your eye on things. Word to the wise....your better off researching before you buy:D. Cameron Link to comment
