viejito55
hey Acoustic do you have a pic of yours? I just got them 2 days ago. do they reproduce quickly? I could not find Blastomossa on the internet I saw Blastomussa with the U, but I think they are something else. Link to comment
Acoustic
Okay based on the last pick I change my mind. Blastomossa is an lps coral. That means it will have a rock stalk. If yours are completely soft to the base rock then it is some kind of polyp/mushroom. Link to comment

viejito55
I hear palythoa polyps are really toxic to humans? man!!! it says if be careful if you have cuts in your hands. can it really kill you? that sucks..... Link to comment
caja
viejito, I think you need to spend some time doing some research before you make a purchase. Buying an animal with no idea what it is or how to care for it is simply unnecessary. Here's a link that discusses palytoxins. http://reefcentral.com/forums/showthread.p...lythoa%2Btoxins Link to comment
viejito55
thanks for that thread man!!!! that is crazy!!!!I did do some research on polyps in general though before buying. Well I hope mine arent toxic!!!! or at least not too toxic. Link to comment
