Reef compatibility

Is the Arc-eye Hawk a reef compatible fish? Also would he be well suited in a 20 long? What is the general behavior of this animal? I have been told as they get larger they can eat a cleaner shrimp or something of the such. But what about hermits and snails. And corals and clams. All info appreciated. Thanks in advance.
