Right now it has the original fixture in it, with a 15W flourescent bulb in it. I'd like to get more wattage but am unsure as to how to go about it. I've tried reading different topics but am lost still. I'd appreciate any help anyone could give. I'd eventually like to keep some mushrooms...maybe a couple zoo's. Link to comment
MrConclusion Posted September 27, 2003 Share Posted September 27, 2003 CSL's "Sealights" are a sweet lamp/reflector/ballast combination for a small tank. They are not in an enclosure, so you'll have to come up with a hood, canopy, or at least a board to attach it to. If you want a complete system (with enclosure) then check out CSL's 15-inch PowerCompact fixture with 2x 32-watt PC bulbs. You could keep zoos under less light, but they will spread faster and look healthier under more light. Plus, you will ALWAYS be happier down the road if you spand a few bucks extra to get good lights now. Link to comment
