Agent G
I have a 15 gallon reef tank up and running (no corals or softies yet). I would like to add a sump for added water volume and to put my heater and skimmer in. I currently have a HOB refugium I would like to transfer to the sump as well. I never go cheap on my tank, but that cost of a 10 gallon sump and all the fixins for a non-drilled tank is a bit insane for lets face it, a plastic box. So I have been searching ebay and whatnot and found a 19" L X 7" W X 18.5" wet/dry filter with overflow. I have read threads on here that say not use use bioballs. My question is can I run a wet/dry without the bio balls? Should I? Are you reading this thinking im an idiot? Tell me! I need the help. Link to comment
Codeman
Sure you can, I'd replace them with LR rubble pieces for filtration. Link to comment
