cody6766 Posted January 20, 2009 Share Posted January 20, 2009 Either should be fine. I run mine 24/7, but you could do a reverse lighting cycle to keep your pH more consistent and save electricity. I had a reverse cycle but my other timer went down the tubes. I haven't noticed a change from that to a 24hr light. Link to comment
