coolwaters Posted January 15, 2009 Author Share Posted January 15, 2009 How long will you not have it sitting on a stable surface? wat? in portable as in small and compact. i might move it round from place to place. its not going to be very tall and i dont want it to be in the display part of the tank. so its in the sump/refuge. it needs to be small since the refuge will have baffles and stuff. i dont want to buy the walmart heaters even though its like 3" long also it doesnt have a temperature adjuster. theo hydor heater? how long is the part that needs to be underwater?
