Grendel0501
I recently picked up a used wet/dry that I intend to gut out and use for a sump. It's a small Sealife systems wet/dry , rated for 75-90g , but for my 45g it should be plenty. I have a Pf-800 overflow from Eshopps. Now I need a return pump. I am thinking about a Rio Hyperflow 12 or 14 , according to Taam's website the 12 and the 14 have ~500gph left after the 6' climb. Is this too much flow for such a small sump? Should I get a smaller pump like a rio + 2100? I'm not sure exactly how I am going to setup the sump either , I have a thread about it , meant to put it in the equipment forum , but it's in the bio-filtration forum. Whoops. Link to comment
