Rome Posted January 11, 2009 Share Posted January 11, 2009 Hey guys I got a Tunze 9002 skimmer because its been raved about on here and my experience has been aweful thus far. I keep getting the cup to fill with water rather quickly and it doesnt matter where I adjust the screw or where the waterline is. I've adjusted the skimmer on the waterline, 1/2" below and even an inch below, had the blue air intake screw fully close wide open and everywhere in between and still the cup fills with water I'm at a loss really i am!! Anyways did I get a faulty product or am I missing something, Please guys I need help I have to get this thing going? Link to comment

If one of the existing threads does not help you then you can get in touch with Roger and I'm sure he will help you out. Relax, Tunze has some of the best customer service available IME.
