skydive
I just got finished with my sump and the bubbles are driving me nuts. I don't have any going to the display so that's good. They're coming from the overflow and spraying salt all over the place when it enters the skimmer section. I'm thinking I need some sort of intake chamber but it's too late to silicone one in the tank, what about making one and dropping it in? Can anyone figure something out for me I'm out of ideas? Here's some pics Thanks Link to comment
edge121212
can you put a piece of plexiglass on top so the bubbles just hit that, once the salt creep gets bad just remove it and clean it?????? Link to comment

skydive
Edge-I put a piece over part of the skimmer section, still need to cut out holes for the HOB skimmer and intake plumbing. It's working but I'm afraid the salt levels will go down because of so much spray. I need to contain the bubbles to one area and make something like an intake chamber so the spray doesn't cover such a wide area. Pismo-I went with the articles saying more is better when it comes to the amount of water without it overflowing and didn't take the bubbles into consideration. Link to comment
