Opinions Needed on Tank Set-up

I am in the process of setting up a new 29 gallon tank from the reminants of my 35 hex. Here is the proposed set-up:

 

29 AGA

2 Maxi-jet 1000's (10 years old and still kicking)

1 seaclone 100 (I've got a counter current skimmer in the basement that will be used when I get a sump)

30lbs live rock, no corals now but lots of mushrooms

4 inch deep sand bed

2x55 PC

 

Any thoughts? Goal is to keep soft corals with a few easy hard corals.
