TOY215 Posted September 22, 2003 Share Posted September 22, 2003 ok so this growth has been on this piece of rock for like a month now. it doesn't seem to harm anything. it started out looking like mucus and then it looks like it is a sponge or something??? i searched but couldn't find anything like it. any one know whut it can be? thanks in advance Link to comment
LITTLEFISHEE Posted September 22, 2003 Share Posted September 22, 2003 I think it's a sponge too. I have something similar, but it's an olive brown color. It looked slimy at first, but now I can plainly see it's a sponge. It's been 2 months since I bought it. Link to comment

J/K. but yeah i have no idea what i'm doing for that "great growth" but maybe thats it... i'm not doing anything??? what can i do to get more growth? this is the only real thing that has grown on any of my live rocks in my 90gallon.
