No complaints with mine, once I got the right faucet fitting. Make about 7 gals each week (5 for WC / 2 for topoff) for my RSM, drops TDS from ~200 to 0. And great customer service (fixed the fitting problem, along with a replacement resin cart when the original wasn't getting the TDS down to 0). Link to comment
