syaeger
I think I may have too much current in my tank. My mushrooms are stretched out. One was torn off the rock. I've placed them in different areas of the tank and I still have the same problem. Also the polyps of my Branching Alveopora Coral are not coming out. I'm using one Penguin 550 PH. It is placed in the back right hand corner of the tank. Should I use a less powerful PH? If so, what kind? I'd appreciate any suggestions! LITTLEFISHEE
Personally, I don't like penquin powerheads or filters. I think that they are noisy and put off too much heat. I had one in my 11 gallon when I first started it, but I switched to a Rio and 2 azoo mini powerheads. Now my tank doesn't overheat anymore. Link to comment
