cody6766 Posted December 28, 2008 Share Posted December 28, 2008 I keep several acropora, montipora and (damnit...forgot this one) birds nest under my 175w 14k SE MH bulb. I do add a pair of T5s though. I'm using Giessman Actinic+ and Aquablue bulbs in addition to the Coralvue 14k bulb. Most of my SPS are in the top 6" ofthe tank, with one acro and monti digitata being down about 8". Oh, I have a clam on the bottom of the tank (derasa) and it's doing well. 150w is quite a bit of light really. Link to comment
Rathje70 Posted December 28, 2008 Author Share Posted December 28, 2008 I appreciate all the comments, should be receiving my SPS from ultimatefrags here pretty soon as soon as I get back to school and I will post some pictures. Is there such as adding to many SPS at once if I continue to check the levels daily to make sure that they are not fluctuating with my calcium an alk? I know adding to much livestock at once is not a good idea but wondering about SPS? Link to comment

I ordered: Lemon Drop Acro Watermelon Acro Incredible Hulk Acro Orange Lemonade Acro Superman Monti Check his site out, he has some sweet corals! Will post pics when I recieve them.
