Folorin
I have a 26"Lx15"Hx12"W nano ive been running for about 6 months now. The water loss under my 150MH is appaling so Ive decided to get some glass cut for a lid. I need some advice on what types of glass to use (thickness, any special properties etc). Im looking to get a single piece cut and get them to drill it so I can attach handles as well. Link to comment
tinyreef
bump you might want to forgo the lid. the condensation (light blockage) and cleaning will drive you crazy. better to go with a auto top-off and/or cool your tank temp. if you do get one anyway make sure you tell the glasshouse what your use will be. they should be able to point out the specifics. your mh should already have a cover so most of the issues are taken care of there. Folorin
Thats great. Tks. Ive decided not to get one after reading your post. I may well get a auto top off device. In the uk they retail for #99. Unbelieveable. Link to comment

Folorin
yeah. Shocking isnt it. This is the only one for sale I could find http://www.stm-shop.co.uk/category18_1.htm Ive had a look at physh's top up system. Looks good. Unfortunately the parts are ahrd to find as well, otherwise Id make one. Im tempted just to get one imported from the US. Far cheaper. Link to comment
