C-Balance question

so i have mostly soft coral and a couple of LPS. and they're doing well. my question is i'm using C-Balance about once or twice a week but im not really sure if that's too much or not enough...i mean the stuff works great and everything's is healthy but how often are you supposed to use it??? does it depend on the tank and it's stock?

 

any help would be great

You shouldn't be dosing anything without testing your water first. Once you get a test kit and see where you are at then you can dose from there. Hth.

go get yourself a reef master test kit from API and test your calc and alk. see where your levels are at then dosing accordingly

as the others have said, let the testing tell you how much to use. Just dose them equally each time.

i was under the impression you can dose either or, or both at the same time. not necessarily both all the time.

from what i understand you don't need to dose both but you can if you need to. but maybe it depends on which 2 part you use.

I think you are correct. I have always dosed both parts equally since they work together well. It all depends on your testing/tank stocking.
