Vortech MP20 too much for ~18g?

I did do a (cursory) search... didn't see a direct answer.

 

Ecotech says minimum size is ~20g, but I was wondering if an MP20 would be too much flow in the ~18g ADA (60cm x 30cm x 36cm) (~24"x12"x16") that I am setting up in the near future. And exactly how adjustable is it? How low can you make the flow?

no it's not too much. it's extremely adjustable, down to a very widely dispersed 500gph.

Actually if you look in the Hardware Classifieds, there is a group buy going on right now for the Vortec, greatly reduced prices.
