I just pulled the stock media out and added GFO pellets, you can control the flow rate and it fits right in the back next to the tunze 9002 and stevie T setup.. Only cost $28 and is convenient for my RSM. Oh it been running for about 2 weeks and my Phosphate are down to ZERO!!! Just thought i'd share this idea in case you guys arent aware that this can be done without all the tall canisters extra pumps etc. Link to comment
Dstoneburg Posted December 12, 2008 Share Posted December 12, 2008 Can you expand more on this thing? Does it force the water through the pellets like a phosban reactor or is it passive? I assume it would work for running carbon as well? Is there a way to run both carbon and GFO? Link to comment
