jameson Posted September 15, 2003 Share Posted September 15, 2003 I know without a pic it is very hard to price something, but, do u think $50 is a fair price for 7-10 blue/green Ricordea(Flordia/Caribbean) mushrooms attached to a 5"x2"x5" piece of rock. it is at my LFS. The mushrooms are very nice, but look average compared to ones at the online stores. good deal, ok deal, rip off, abo****ly no way to tell without a pic?? thanks Link to comment

Crakeur Posted September 15, 2003 Share Posted September 15, 2003 premium aquatics sells them for $6 a polyp. so that price is ok. I've seen large rocks with the rics for less and more. My theory, when buying at a lfs, is if the rock is something that will fit in the tank without needing major aquascaping, you might as well pay the premium since an online order could net you a rock of nightmarish proportions.
