Cleaning Crew finally in!

The cleaning crew finally went in.  I waited for about 1 1/2 months, with all levels at 0.  I started with the following:

 

2 sm blue leg hermits

2 md red leg hermits

2 md scarlet hermits

2 bumble bees

10 margarita snails

1 scarlet cleaner shrimp (not to clean, just an inhabitant)

 

Everything execpt the margaritas seem to be doing well.  The margaritas seem to end upside down quite often.  I know this can kill them it they stay that way for a long time.  After reading this site I thought that this was not a problem with this type of snail.  Is it possible that they will right themselves if I give them enought time?

 

Any info would help, and if this was not the right type snail for my tank please send along your suggestions.

do you have a fair amout of alge yet? their great cleaners of red alge

 

yes they do drp and end upside down fair amout

i got a garden bambo stick so i could just flip them

over with out puting my hand in all the time
