aaron1987
I'm looking into the possibility of running a remote skimmer on a sump-less setup. Glass is tempered so the water would be on a 60"+ vertical grade from the stand to the top of the tank. Would the required pump strength to deal with this be prohibitive? Link to comment
jeremai
You mean a skimmer on a closed loop? There wouldn't be any head pressure, so the pump size would be the same as if the skimmer were in a sump or hanging on the tank. But that still doesn't make any sense if the pump will be fitted with a venturi. Please explain in more detail, it's early. Link to comment
aaron1987
It was even earlier when I posted this... disregard. Exceedingly dumb question Link to comment
