ac jr. lighting help

so like i don't know but i'm having an off day today. Can someone tell me how my lighting program should be if i want:

MH:7amON-11amOFF

T5-6:40amON-11:20amOFF

four or so hours off (i have heard this will help coral growth, decided to try it)

then MH:16:00pm (ON)-20:00pm(OFF)

T5-15:40pm(ON)-20:20pm(OFF)

I want to know what the ACJR text should look like, please.

I don't have mine in front of me, so I'm not sure. But let us know how the dual light stages goes! I'm interested in trying it myself.
