I was looking at this one I'm thinking about getting a Subcurrent Surface Skimming Aquarium Filter.

Nope. I used it in a 10g reef tank for maybe a month before I got rid of it. Maintenance is a pain, and it takes up space. It is much easier to get something like an Aquaclear, plus you'll have much better filtration.
