ckumlien
I'm looking for a skimmer that will take up less than half my 10gallon sump. Height is not too much of an issue. I'm looking for a low maintenance venturi / recirculating style. I don't want to go over $150 bucks My new system currently in build stage includes: 70MH 10 Gallon display w/ acrylic overflow including 2 x 1" drains 5 gallon RDSB (mostly full of sand, can't count as water volume) 10 Gallon sump (plan to have about half full) 2 x 1 gallon surge devices (borneman) feeding the display with 1 1/4" lines dual surge feed by a rio 900 for now 360 degree casters on a stick built frame 1/4" plywood surround that slides on and off for maintenance work. ATO will be drilled with kent float and storage tank. Link to comment

Saint Mark
I have a JBJ Nano Cube 24 and I just received my skimmer from Sapphire Aquatics and I like it. I had to wait about 2 days before it kinda broke in but it is working great! I hope it will help with my green hair algae problem. Just Google Sapphire Aquatics Link to comment
disaster999
the only recirculating skimmer small enough for your system would be the sapphire aquatics one. anything else would be too big (rated for 100G or more). you can also go with DIY Link to comment
