Does anyone use this for dosing? If so do you dose with anything else (vite coral, trace etc...)

how often are you using it and how much at a time.

What size tank and what do you have in it? You really don't need to dose most tanks as trace elements can be replenish by doing water changes.

I am using the bio reef kit.

I wanted to see if anyone else uses it and what they think of it.

 

The thing is on the kit it tells you to dose almost everything every 15 days, i just kind of feel like i am wasting my money. i do the water change on Saturday and then dose on monday.

 

I don't know if I am really wasting money or if really is needed.

 

I have a 29gal BC, with 2 clowns, a firefish, a chromis and a nano goby. Corals and inverts.

you probably are wasting your money. granted, i only use bioOptim and bioDigest, i can tell you that it dose something but probably not enough to justify the cost. most people i know that use it, including myself, are using it on sps dominant tanks.
