WhiteShark
Apart from dividing the gallons per hour the pump is "supposed" to be according to how its advertised. Is there a way to determine how many times an hour your tank is circulating or how many GPH your pumps are at? I'm toying with the idea of buying a used tank but I'm not sure how good the guys pumps are and I'm curious if I should replace them or not (awsome deal on the tank though so it'd be worth it to replace the pumps but I don't wanna spend the money if I don't have to). WhiteShark
I actually just figured out a cheaper way to do it (especially if you have a high flow water pump). Fill up a bucket with some water and just time how fast it takes to pump out 1 gallon of water. So if it takes 20 seconds to pump out 1 gallon of water that is 3 gallons a minute times 60 minutes in 1 hour that 180gph pump. Link to comment
