Older Mac Laptops for frags or equipment

I've got two Mac Powerbooks, Model 540c. Both are in good working order with the exception of the batteries which I don't think will hold a charge. Both units hold two batteries can be bought for less than $10 on ebay.

 

1.) 96Mhz, 40MB Ram, No FPU, 400MB HD

- This one has a minor screen defect, 2 red vertical lines, 1 white horizontal line, all only show up when theres a dark background behind them.

 

2.) 116Mhz, 40MB Ram, PowerPC FPU, 800MB HD

 

Both are running OS 8.0

 

 

Looking for frags and maybe a halide/actinic setup that would work for a 20H. I'm currently running 130W PC 50/50. Cash also works
