yardboy Posted November 16, 2008 Share Posted November 16, 2008 dKh is a German term (degrees of Carbonate hardness) and unit of measure for total alkalinity. Other units sometimes used are meq/L (milliequivalents per Liter) and ppm of Calcium hardness. It depends on which test kit you are using as to which unit is used.
