Is this enough filtration

I have a AC 50 on my 28 gallon. that's all.

 

 

My tank has 2 fish. Maroon and Sixline

 

It is heavily stocked with corals.

 

 

Do I need anything else?

 

 

I also have two and planning to get more feather dusters. Don't they filter out the water for you?

Yes, they technically are filter feeders, but filter feeding means trapping microorganisms in the water column, not removing nitrogen byproducts.

 

I personally think your filtration is underpowered, but I tend overkill on the filtration... Even though, an AC 50 is pretty small.

 

What are you running in the AC50?

 

I would, on a 28g tank with your livestock, maybe run a modded AC110 with mechanical filtration, followed by a chaeto refugium.
