siskiou
My tank's been up a little over three months, now, and things are generally doing good (20H Tank). Ammo, nitrites and trates have been at zero for a while, pH is 8.2, Temp 79-81, calcium 410. I'm using RO/DI water from the LFS. All the frags are happy and the emrald crab is munching on the bits of bullbe algae and hair algae I have gowing on a couple of pieces of the LR. There are no fish in the tank, yet, just a bunch of snails, and a couple of hermits. Over the last few days I've seen a few stalks of the dreaded bryopsis pop up on some of the LR. So far, I can count them on one hand, but I've heard the stuff can take over the whole tank ! Is there a way to wipe this out, before it becomes a big problem? I read, pulling it out with tweezers just makes it break off... Siskiou Link to comment
